Uniting the art of these leading Finnish jazz musicians the Sid Hille Brotherhood presents new compositions by Sid Hille.

In 2013 the band recorded a cool jazz score for the feature film ‘Ainoat Oikeat / The Two and Only’ (directed by Saara Cantell).

In 2014 a new composition called ‘Brotherhood – Music for an imaginary motion picture’ had it’s first performance. This 50 minute soundscape was devised to showcast the band’s excellent soloists, featuring highly expressionistic harmonic colors, jazz flavors and electronica.

In 2016 the Brotherhood will record this and other new composition for a CD release on SatnaMusic
